My first archery bull from Montana
« on: September 29, 2010, 02:19:41 PM »
we had a special drawing permit but figured out that it was pretty much a private land hunt. We didnt have any permission so we moved to a general unit and i scored on this bull at 4 yards! i was calling for my dad when he went well around him and came on a line right at me! He made it 30 yards.

That's a very handsome 5-point.  Sounds like a great experience, wish my dad hunted ...
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

I'm getting it European mounted. I'm in college and already have a 1/2 life size bear getting worked on so i don't really have the funds to get get it shoulder mounted. but i think it will look really cool :)
