Scouting trip-Mazama area
« on: October 02, 2010, 10:24:30 PM »
Dad and I drove over to an area up Goat Creek today and did some scouting. Seen a total of 8 deer while just running around. Snuck up on one doe to within 10 yards before she finally noticed me.  :chuckle:

She stuck around for some group photos.

Set up the camera, will pick it up on the 15th.

How could you miss that silhouette?

We did see one big deer all by itself. We're assuming it was a buck. He didn't stick around long enough to get his picture taken.
