Wild Turkey Recipe? Anyone have a good one?
« on: September 30, 2010, 11:38:35 AM »
Open for anything, anything without too much spicyness I guess. Anything you could give me for ideas would  be great. Thanks!

We use most of ours in casseroles.. Not bad with cheese, noodles, and veggies.

Inject with soy sauce. Bake or deep fry. If you deep fry it, make sure that you have the weight exactly right.

I cut them into strips, dust with flour, seasoning salt, and pepper, and then fry in oil.  Personally, I have no desire to have it any other way.

The breast meat I coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and grill. The legs/thighs I crock pot and make a stew w/ dumplings.
