Something a little different.
« on: September 30, 2010, 10:02:31 PM »
Well if you are not getting a mount done and want a good memory and have taken some good pictures here is another option for you.

The pictures you are seeing are a 12x12. It is a 1/4 inch granite/slate picture

5x7 = 65.00,
8x10 = 85.00
12x12 is 105.00

That is shipped right to your door priority mail

Send me a PM if interested.

Great idea, like the stone look, almost a vintage look.

That is very cool, do you need a digital picture to make one of those?
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

Goldtip,

Yes digital picture, the more definition on the picture the better the details will be.

If I posted up a pic, could you tell me how it would turn out or if the definition is sufficient?  Or would it be better to e-mail you the pic?

Just think, 10,000 years from now when they are digging through what used to be the Seattle area and they find these pictures, they can see how it was done!

Are there different shapes/borders or is square the standard?  I imagine you just attach some sort of stand to the back to prop it up instead of framing it?  Also, couldn't tell if the image is printed or engraved on the slab- I imagine it's print, correct?  Thanks.

Working on some oval shapes, right now just square.

They are pretty heavy, so would only recommend them on a easel type stand to hold them. They are micro engraved not printed.

Thanks
