I am gonna go out and camp at this bowl I've hunted a few times for a night or two this coming deer season...but never really hit it hard. I bought some just add hot water meals...only two, as I wanted to try em out. Then I will probably bring some apples, trail mix, PB and J, instant coffee....not going to be out there for forever, just a few nights....im really looking forward to it!

If you run outta food or need a hot meal, we will be camped a short distance away.  :)

Opening weekend I'll be at my normal spot with the boys. Once they go home and back to school Monday, If I/we haven't tagged out, I'll be backpacking into a spot less traveled for a couple nights if need be.

Anything is possible this year. The trailer will have food stuffs for a backpack trip.

I hope that Mountain House meal was a beef beef stroganoff.  That stuff is actually really good!  Just needs a dash of salt and pepper.
