Decided to skip muzzle loader deer this morning because of the heat and head out for birds. Had a good morning. Limited out on quail rather quickly and my dog was working very well. Looks like a good year for quail

No pics for me today as I forgot the camera
Ended up getting two pheasant and was done by 9am. The pup put up 8 birds, but since it was a reslease site and a "few" other people around, I only took the safe shots.
Off for Eastern WA in the AM to go after some Quail and Chukar!

Tons of quail, go to eastern wa, find brush and water, quail will be near by.
