Quail / WWA Pheasant Opener
« on: October 02, 2010, 06:13:41 AM »
Have fun and be safe out there today! I'm off for a local release site this morning and over East for Quail tomorrow.

With a bit of luck, pics will follow ;)

Cheers!

Decided to skip muzzle loader deer this morning because of the heat and head out for birds. Had a good morning. Limited out on quail rather quickly and my dog was working very well. Looks like a good year for quail

Will post pics

No pics for me today as I forgot the camera  :bash:

Ended up getting two pheasant and was done by 9am. The pup put up 8 birds, but since it was a reslease site and a "few" other people around, I only took the safe shots.

Off for Eastern WA in the AM to go after some Quail and Chukar!

Cheers!
