Zamberlan Boots

I just bought a pair because I could not find any Irish Setter Elk Trackers 200gram or non insulated any place. I was told RedWing/Irish Setter has had manufacturing issues and all the boots are late getting to stores.

Any way I found these Zamberlan boots on sale they are model 2010 Wild Seeker. Has anyone had Zamberlan and can give some feed back on these? hope I didn't through my money away.

One of the best pair of boots I've owned were Zamberlands. I had the full grain leather mid high hikers with the Vibram soles. It took a lot of miles for break in but once broken in they fit like gloves for years. I plan on getting another pair soon. You won't be disappointed.

I'm a big Zomberlan fan, I own the Civetta GTX Hiking boots. They took about 40 miles to break in but now they are the best boots I've ever owned. (also the most expensive) but after two years of hard use they are in as good of shape as I bought them. I don't think you'll regret your purchase.

I dont use them much for hunting, as i dont hunt much rocky terrain. They are great boots

I have a pair of Zamb's and they have worked out well, they need a little milage on them for break in but great boot. Down fall for me is the sole is hard and not real great for stalking during early archery. If the ones you ordered don't work out for you Sportco has a crap load of the elk trackers, just picked up a pair of the 200g for my son on sale for $139. But I think the Zamb's will work out just fine!

Wow, I didnt think of sportco, every place I tried to get them told me they were still waiting on the orders they placed months ago. Hope your kid likes the Elk Trackers they should be awsome boots.

Well they were here waiting when I got home must say on first inspection they are well built have good quality leather and feel real good on the foot. The only thing I don't like so far is one boot the leather on top oil cans when I walk and makes a popping noise. I think this will go away with time. I will be calling the place I got them from to get their input also. Thanks guy's for all the help I appreciate it.

Wore these boots 8 day's straight in snow, mud, rain, frost through it all the were quite, warm, dry and most of comfortable. The ankle support was good and the sole works well in steep terrain. I will certainly buy another pair when these wear out. Great boot IMO.
