Never heard anything bad (all good) about Zamberlans.
One of the best pair of boots I've owned were Zamberlands. I had the full grain leather mid high hikers with the Vibram soles. It took a lot of miles for break in but once broken in they fit like gloves for years.
I have a pair of Zamb's and they have worked out well, they need a little milage on them for break in but great boot. Down fall for me is the sole is hard and not real great for stalking during early archery. If the ones you ordered don't work out for you Sportco has a crap load of the elk trackers, just picked up a pair of the 200g for my son on sale for $139. But I think the Zamb's will work out just fine!
