Awesome job guys. We had a blast, pun intended on our trip to WY for lopes. I agre that taking care of even one animal per day can get tiring, let alone multiples.

Looks like a blast guys, nice job.  But I'm sure gasman had to shoot the lopes, I've seen Ribka shoot before, he's lucky if he could hit the truck when he's sitting inside it... :chuckle:

3 of the 5 lopes Ribka shot were with my .257 Roberts  :rolleyes:

Just got done butchering and process inthe anrelope I got. I have 10lbs of peperonie in teh smoker now, 25lbs of summer sausage in the fridge foe after the peperonie is done, 10 lbs of jerkey all seasoned up and awaiting its turn. 20 lbs of German Sausage is done, about 20lbs of steak, backstrap abd stew meat in the freezer along with38lbs of ground burger meat to what i please with  ;)


It was been a long day and today was no different.
