saturaday, i got there way too late
didnt go sunday was nucking futts.... one guy released over 40 fish...
didnt go monday...
got there tuesday around 6am, released an estimated 12 lbs silver, kept a 33" king, let a 41" king go, a 4 or 5 wild silvers, got into a huge king, straighed a 3/0 hook out... lost a few others, and once the dew evaporated off the ground, it was over... saw a huge school of silvers heading up river... fished the same hole for about 3 hours saw about 30+ come out of the hole, most released
limited out today, got there around 6 again, landed a 30" king, got into a few others... easy on easy off... died down something fierce... had to walk down river about a mile or so, found a good group of kings... saw a guy get spooled, saw a ton of big kings, but they were all getting bronze-y.. around 130 or so i got into a 37 incher, and brought him in, the meat was pretty pink so had him for dinner... kinda soft, but was pretty good....
the fish are in there, they are here.... but we need just a very light sprinking to get more fish moving... 2 guys got a chum each.... saw some H U G E silvers, the kings are massive, some have a few lice on em still, the coho are chrome chrome CHROME, ive seen some dark kings, some orange kings, but a few have a shiny bronze look to them, they are still pretty good.... kinda disapointed i couldnt get anything to hit my flyrod but... freezer is full...
