Chelan Moose September 2010

This was up around 6000 feet. We have never seen or heard of them being in the area. :rockin:

Nice to see them spreading.  Maybe if healthy populations get established, some day we will see more WA moose tags available.  God knows I would love to do it again.

They have been seen swimming across the lake. I have also seen a cow up mud creek.

They have been in the area for about 7 or 8 years now.  That on the north side of the lake?

Sweet.  Bighorns, Mt. Goats and now Moose.  All permit animals.  Too bad the deer hunting sucks there.....

Seen them up there for some time now. It's good to see those boys showing up provided the wolves don't harass them.
