Shooting deer is a sin! Why would you want to shoot a poor little helpless brown eyed creature of God? You should be ashamed of yourself. Trust me bud, you are gonna get what is coming!

Where are the deer at......... :dunno:

I know! Just the thought of setting up in the tranquil of the woods just so I can send a carefully loaded .270 130 gr Barnes Triple Shock screaming along at 2895 fps (I use a crony) throught the heart/lung/shoulder section of a thick necked rocking chair antlered deer and out the other side leaving a quivering and stone dead animal where once stood a majestic beast of nature is to much to even think about!

This type of intro and attitude keeps reminding me about the discussion on banning thread starters until they have 50 posts or so... (but why let some guys spoil it for the others....)

A little late in the game money but you have to get out and scout.  Look for the deer on foot, there is plenty out there, it depends on how much you really want one, and how hard you are willing to work for one.  :twocents:

Heck I already gave him my best advice: the deer are behind the no trespassing signs. Find the signs and I promise you'll find the deer.

WOW Money, 1 more post and you will be at the same number as days left untill modern season starts......Not saying I have many posts but I am also not asking where the deer and elk are this late in the game.....I would suggest you hop in your vehical right now and drive to the farthest point in washington away from your house an scout for the next day or two.........just keep driving around untill you see some deer.........

I don't know why we are surprised, it's the same every year. Most of these new guys will have 25 posts by next deer season, maybe.
