Cool pics.  What's the law in this state about shooting them?

I'd like to take one in WA State next season.  Any suggestions on where to find 'em and how to get access?

That there is the only reason I want to get my trappers lisence.....absolutely love the look of badger.  I have come across many of badger while deer hunting and if it was not for the fact you can't shoot them, I would have a few firs for sure.  One time I darn near stepped on one in tall grass, I thought that thing was going to eat me alive.  They are fierce animals.  That same trip I saw one that had to way 40-50 lbs.  Looked like a grey rug moving up the hill.

I will make any trapper on this sight a deal.....I will tell you where I know they hang out, or even take you there if you provide me with one pelt.
