Elk hunting medaline falls modern fire arms new elk hunter

I am hunting elk metaline fall my aunt and uncler have cabin couple miles outside of town. Any advice for humting these elk would be helpful modern fire arm season. Can you use any call or scent ect? Thanks much great web site alots of good info.

Get as far off the rd. as you can! My dad will be up in that area also.
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

best bet is to hang out on the 50yd line at selkirk. there is a lot of ground for a few elk.

Watch out for the Griz bears.  A large caliber side arm is a great idea.
There's a reason they call it hunting, not killing.
