Super cool..Thats was some awesome looking bird for sure.
On the Ribs,Butts and brisket..Rub the night before and wrap in plastic wrap over night..
I hope you enjoyed the rub..
Oh and Your welcome not a problem..I went in and posted it on the Butts thread..A few others had ask..So its there for all to try.

15 lbs of ribs with Whitey's rub. "Curing" for the night. On to the smoker tomorrow for the 3-2-1 treatment. If I am sober and can remember I will post pics of the after product.

I can't wait. Almost good enough to eat raw.
