wheres four lakes at? east side?

Yea its NE of Washington.  Since your in Woolley, maybe after season you could give me some pointers on my longbow.  I bought one this year but not hunting with it as my skill level was not where I felt it needed to be.

are you an Evergreen member?  we have a couple of trad shooters, and i am working on building my arrows for my little 40# red wing hunter this winter.  and i REALLY want one of those green limbed bear kodiaks from the 70's in 50#!  all my dads bows are 60# (up to 100+!!!!) and being new to trad gear, a bit much for me!   :chuckle:

Yes, $600 bucks might seem steep for a recurve. But think of it this way: that recurve will still be shooting long after that new state of the art compound has been long forgotten. There are folks out there that are still shooting recurves and longbows that were made in the 50's and 60's. How many can say that about a compound only ten or twenty years old? With a little TLC a recurve or longbow will last a lifetime - and more.

That said, for around the same $600 price you can have a nice custom bow made for you.
