'smith recommendations in Snohomish County?

I have a custom rifle based on a K98 Mauser action.  It already has a custom bolt but I want to have it changed out - know any good smiths in North King or Snohomish County with a good MIG/TIG welder?

check with Grumpy's gun repair out of Granite Falls...Chuck is a decent guy and does good work.

What we have here is...Washington Department of NO Fish and WATCHABLE Wildlife.
 
WDFW is going farther and farther backwards....we need FISH AND GAME back!
