>:( >:( >:( If i was in ur boyfriends shoes, those guys would have broken off sticks shoved in their door locks, all the oil drained, and 4 flat tires when they got to the truck... thats very unfortunate but those are 2 damn fine bucks

Yes... he's a fairly level-headed guy: I think we all took it MUCH harder than he did.. at least we were not able to conceal it as well. It burns my britches that someone would steal ANYBODY's deer.. let alone someone I care for! But, in the end he's all smiles. I'm disappointed to know its a local fellow that did that, also... not that it would make it any better if he weren't.
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

Thanks Machias. :) He has character, that's for sure! Double eye guard on one side, and criss-crossing eyeguards on the near-side in that photo that probably don't REALLY count as points because they're so interlaced; you couldn't really get a ring on either one! :)

Congrats 3 great bucks.... It is always disappointing to get a animal stolen and your boyfriend showed great composure.

Great hunting!

I can't even imagine how low and pathetic a person would have to crawl into the gutter of humanity to tag and steal someone else's deer!!!! I'll pray for him... that his transmission frags on the drive home, that his wife leaves him for another woman while he's gone and they burn his house to the ground... you get the idea!!!

Great bucks! Congrats to both of you.

I had the same thing happen to me in 1985 in the Tuccannon area. It would still have been my biggest buck to date. It was also the last year I ever hunted with a rifle in this state.

Hirshey, nice bucks.  Really like your 3x3.  Nice mass and spread.  Leave a few for me and my son for archery season.  Although we will probably one unit south.  My hunting partner is sitting on an incentive deer tag so we will be watching the Entiat closely for him.  I see pepperoni and sausage in your future.  Hope the boy or I get a deer this year to that same purpose.  My whole moose was done up with no smoked meats.

Thanks you for sharing.

Fantastic bucks!
