This thread sparked a conversation between my father and me... he also had a similar encounter hunting on White's Pass: a gentleman was driving down the road, stopped and said "check this out! There'll be a doe coming around the corner here in a few minutes... she's been following me for the past 40 minutes! She likes Snickers, too!" Sure enough, a few moments later this doe came trotting down the dirt road. They fed it a mini snickers, put a company hat on its head and my father draped his arm around it for a photo. The gentleman was going to send the photo (my father didn't have a camera) but it never surfaced. Still very neat nonetheless!
