Lots of comments from all over the world from people that don't even know where Wash is.  Seems very unjust to even allow outsiders to even comment much less give their opinion any weight.  The people making all of the sacrafices should have 90% of the input of how they should be managed.   Looking at the other states it will not change in how they review the comments in Wash. either.  The ranchers and hunters will be sacraficed at all costs.   The comment period is strictly a legal requirement they have to indulge in and anybody that is destroyed financially especially if it's a small group of people will just have to suck in their belt and find a new profession.   Look at the spotted owl.  Many thousands of jobs were lost, forests are now burned instead of managed and no more owls are surviving now than they were before logging was shut down.   Not sure where these short sighted people plan on getting  their food once these predators overpopulate the U.S..  China seems to have food to sell and of course they are very reputable as we've all seen the past few years with the melamine tha'ts been found in their food products.  Lets just ignore that and proceed in reintroducing an exotic species that is not even close to extinction.   100 yrs. from now this will have all leveled out but at present the people in the short sighted uninformed section will get their way and lives severely altered , ranches destroyed and loss of hunting will continue.   Common sense and logic are definitely not part of this decision making.  What a horrible shame us humans are so narrow minded and short sighted.

Hopefully this is an area where the tribes and us hunter can work together. I think this provides an opportunity to work with groups that have less bureaucracy entanglements to keep our herds healthy.  :twocents:
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
