Bear meat around Spokane

A friend has a bear tag around Spokane and anticipates taking a nuisance bear on a rancher's property,  but he and his wife do not want the meat. Anyone in Spokane area want bear meat?
Of course this is not a guarantee but if he shoots a bear he would like to give someone a field dressed bear for the meat.
