How do you test your carbon arrows? see, now you guys got me worried...

Look on the outside of the "flex" for cracks and splits. Rotate the arrow some and repeat. If there's any question on "is that a crack or not" then ditch the arrow. Getting rid of a $60 arrow beats a several thousand dollar ER trip.

The carbon arrow exploded on release and the back half of the arrow went right into the hand or forearm. Leaves an absolutely nasty wound with carbon fibers stuck all over in it. Always check your carbons prior to shooting, especially your practice arrows. One of the main reasons I switched to Full Metal Jackets.

WOWGuaranteed "heart and lung shot" gold plated heat seeking radar guided never loose one in the brush arrows I pulled a number out my wazzu. Sounded good when I wrote it but now it seems ridiculous. Though it sure feels like it's that much when you buy a dozen and get them set up (cut, ferruls, fletching).
