I know the battery powered motion dekes are illegal here, but does anyone use manual or wind activated ones? any recommendations? any info would help

Winduks work the best in slight wind IMHO. I also use a jerk cord if the pond is calm, a single coot or medium deke above a coffeecan anchor with bungee....

Does anyone know if those shaker weights are legal? they are battery powered. but i dont think they are a decoy. just go in the decoys to add motion deal.

Use a whip-splash.... Decoy with rubberband mechinism inside connected to wings that rotate when string is pulled! Just have the black side of the wings faced up or they'll flare..
