Two goofy bucks
« on: October 29, 2010, 06:46:10 AM »
Both of these bucks came out of the same area, maybe releated.  The one on the right has 2 inch and a half points at the base and 1 one inch point(hard to see on the pic).  The guy took it to get it out of the gene pool.  They had been seeing these bucks in the area for a couple years and decided to pull em out of the gene pool this year.  Both bucks were rutted up and chasing doe's.  The one on the left was an old buck from what I was told and the one on the right was guestimated at around 5 yoa.

They both looked legit to me...but I didn't study them all that well! They were cool looking though.....

My spike last year looked like the one on the right. Shorter spike but same size on the other side. Big bases , no horns to speak of.
It's not true that I am good for nothing---I can be used as a bad example!!
