awesome pics put up you all,Denali and his wife made stir fry on a disc that was way cool,I hope there are some pics of that put up{hint hint}huntbear chili, and the quackwhackers spoiled buckhorn2 just a little with their chili and corn bread..Grundy slaved over some chicken wings and even put them in special packaging LOL they were great also..I didn't see any cherry cupcakes though, whats up with that.LOL  bob made some killer elk steak bites from buckhorn2's hunt......seemed to me there was an unusual amount of Snake sighting's around camp, rubber boa I'm thinking,I put the snake in my cooler and asked my wife if she would empty the contents of the cooler while I cleaned up the boat,Bad, I say bad juju there...I heard the scream from the garage, out back..I heard a rumbling noise and clamour headed my way after the scream, rounding the corner was my wife with nostrils flaring, that looked like two open chutes on a dragster, good thing I had the water hose in hand to keep the wrath of the mean one at a distance.to add to the heat of the moment a little squirt on the fire was also a bad Idea..I feel some couch time coming...

Rasbo,

Thank you again for taking me out in your boat for 2 days.  I had a great time with you and your son Bob.

To everyone else, it was awesome meeting you, and I look forward to seeing you again, someday soon.  I had a blast, and can not wait for next year.

Anyone wanting some pictures, please message me your email, and I will get them sent asap.  Please tell me if you want them large or small files.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

I think I know someone that actually took some of it... may not be close ups but have the pics....

I think someone is gonna find a rubber rattlesnake in his tent if he persists in taking pics of me then posting them on the forum like that ....just saying....

Del thank you so much for letting me hang out on your boat I had the best time reminded me real quick how much I love the water and miss it the fishing was fun but thinking need a smaller pole for those silly little yellow bellied beasties, Bob and Rick kept me amused and laughing the whole time ... oh and my dog (Byron the pug) liked the fishing part the whole go fast part was not to his liking at all he climed nearly onto my head  :yike: :chuckle: he also liked the meatloaf

the food was amazing I even tried a steamed mussel and still think they taste like seaweed  :chuckle: :chuckle:

now its time to get back to finishing up my quarter for school....

oh and yep Kenzmad I think I noted a bit of a crush right away...darn kids....mine has been warned to behave his self, these are my friends daughters and they all have guns..... I received an "I know mom"  :chuckle: :chuckle:

Well if the pictures are representative of the trip. Rasbo did all the cooking and Lokidog? did all the cleaning of the fish :chuckle:
Where did you get the mussels?
Looks like a good time

That's what usually happens....   :chuckle:  Not this time, just Runamuk's and my son's, let's call him LegoBoy.  The food was great, glad I didn't have to cook all of it!

BTW, mussels were from the saltwater.  I'm sorry I missed out on hanging out before the good eats Saturday night.  I was a little distracted with the rinsing the mussels thing.  Cranky dude made up for it a bit on Monday morning when he loaned me and LegoBoy two sets of discs for the frisbee golf course.  LegoBoy was pretty excited about trying that.

It was nice meeting many of you .  A big thanks to Elite1 for the fishing rod, and Bob? for the line.  LegoBoy was pretty excited to try his new rod and learn how to cast it.  He got a bullhead all by himself with it.  I think he had as much or more fun chasing Kenzmad's little girl around camp though.   :chuckle:

The one cat we got was on a pink shrimp tail, no shell.  Others were catching theirs on trout, shrimp, and squawfish (er... I mean pike minnow   :bash:  ), and worms.
