I just started having that same problem with my Moultrie D-40. After a couple of flawless years it finally decided to act all funny just as I sweetened up my spot by the back fence line. I know that I should have had tons of deer photos because thay have been in my yard at all times of the day and night and they pretty much have to come in right by my camera. After a 2 week soak during some heavy rutting all I got was one picture of a raccoon and a handful of "cannot read, unrecognized format".

I'll take it in, clean it up and try again but I have the feeling that I shouldn't have passed on the infrared cam that Cabela's had on sale a month or so ago.
