Oregon Sage buck
« on: November 05, 2010, 06:37:13 PM »
Went out tonight and found another good buck.  Even with the fading light I was able to get a couple good pics.  I had to make a makeshift rest out of rocks to lay the camera on but finally got a couple pics of him....Saw about 100 deer and 65 elk....The deer rut is just about here.....  This buck chased a doe to within about 60 yards of us tonight...I would have loved to been bow hunting as he was perfect for a stalk.   I would guess this buck between 26-28 wide and a shooter if I only had a tag.

Had another good night of seeing big bucks.  Found 5 very good ones. The same one from last night and 4 other 4pts.   Heres a couple pics!   They suck from the fading light but still can tell they are nice ones!
