Yeah, read that in the Times today. So they're claiming that there is one, and maybe now 2 packs in all of Northern WA. Really?

If we are lucky and things are done right, there will be a hunting season before there are 4 pair or we will stand up as farmers and hunters and make them 0! No way am I encouraging anyone to do anything illegal or such. I just think that enough is enough when it comes to bending over and taking it...just to make some other people happy that are trying to argue game management/conservation practices that we have proven to work for the last 100 years out here.

Last year I saw 2 wolves near Wauconda. My wife saw 1 near Curlew. My neighbor saw 2 near Orient turkey hunting. I have pictures of wolf tracks west of Republic. The game dept. has those pictures of the tracks in Colville and was very interested in putting up a trail camera ( only on private land I might add ). They're here my friends so don't be mislead by anything you read in the paper. I did not read the Times article, but can imagine what it said.

I saw a pair of wolves at the top of Bethel ridge two years ago... yet the state claims they aren't there... 40 years in the woods and I know what a wolf looks like... open season yet?

wow truly a sighting in the tuccanon area wow, kind of neat since wolves to me are kind of cool but I still want to hunt them similar to coyotees and such just not irradicate them.
