Congratulations on your hunt, love the pics guys .How do you guys scout in Montana ? Or you just go?

We did some scouting before hand with maps and we had a local farmer out there help us out and point out general areas.
Would really help to get out and scout as there is a lot of country, private land, BLM, block management etc

Pulled the muley up from the  deep breaks near the water. Not fun

Drove up to the whitetail to retrieve. Near some coulees.

I'm shooting whitetails from now on, especially since I am getting older. Mule deer are too much work
