Where to go for late season hunt?
« on: November 12, 2010, 02:34:56 PM »
I'm pretty much a trophy hunter and never hunted the general late season, any ideas on where I can go short notice for nice muleys?
Appreciate the info.

I hope that was a joke. If not, let me know when you git a big mulie so I can collect 10 yrs worth special permit points.

there is no late season mulie hunts.
it is what it is.

besides, it would be easier asking one of the members here to pimp out their spouses on a street corner than it would be for someone to get one of them to tell anyone of a good hunting spot.
TANNERITE needed for target practice on opening day of each hunting season.

Hank's Market in Twisp has some bruisers, and they are so mellow you can walk right up on them.   :chuckle:

There's more than a couple late mule deer hunts over the counter. You just have to choose the right weapon.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
