Walaska Bull
« on: December 10, 2010, 07:27:30 PM »
I got to "visit" my moose today for a bit.  It is still in the process of being repaired, (right paddle repair) but the official scorer wanted to see the head before it was finished and stained to verify the repair.  I picked the head up and delivered it to Buzzy in North Bend for him to evaluate and score.  Then it goes back to my taxidermist for the final repair and staining.  I didn't shrink in the past 2 months, that's for sure.  Now I remember why I called him the "Walaska Bull".

The pic of him on my work van gives a good perspective.

Very nice bull.  Congrats!  I love the way the fronts hook down.  I shot a Canada moose that looked like him about 10 yrs ago.
