My Primos 35 does not seem to spook game either, but they do know its there!  Every critter I have gotten a picture of has been looking right at the camera, so I know they hear it activate.

I just picked up the Primos 46 a few months ago.  I have been playing around/practicing with it in the living room at night and I can tell you my dog knows its there and taking pictures!

I put it along an elk trail that I thought was well used and left it there for 16 days and the camera didn't take a single picture between the one of me leaving on the 16th of October and the one of me approaching to retrieve it on Nov. 5th.  I'm guessing the problem lies with me though...
