Mallards are in!

Just got a call from my brother, he said there was over 1500 mallards and 1000 honkers sitting in our flooded oat patch this afternoon. Get out for Thanksgiving break friday so their right on time!

They are in, in much larger numbers as well.  I watched the big flights of them this evenning.  I even picked off a few.  Good times.

i hunted patterson today and yesterday and the birds are just not around. hope they start to show up soon :drool:

I hunt Patterson too. Am guessing with this weather coming in this weekend hunting should pick-up. Problems is that have late season ml deer and late season archery elk next week too plus bird hunting and steelhead.  :bash: :bash: :bash: Decisions, decisons

I hear all the birds are now migrating on the wetside of our fine state :o, sooooooooooo no need to come over for thanksgiving break westsiders!......I havent seen any verde patos around here for sum time...only the occasional snipe :dunno:
