same buck?

I think this is the same buck I've been getting pictures of for a few years now, but not totally sure.  Rumor had it that he met the front end of a car last winter and I was totally bummed.  Through the summer I got one picture of a large 2x3 but didn't think it was possible that it could be that same deer, and then the other night he showed back up.  Looking at the past pictures and this years I now think it is the same buck but just regressing a little.  What do you guys think?

Both are beauties! If I had to guess, I say different deer. Always possible they are the same.
