In his defense, I think hes been dealing with some pretty nasty conditions. I tried to talk to him a couple times and kept loosing him. I wasnt expecting a pic because of the lack of reception but was happy when I did!

Whoever started this crap about coming on here and talking about how great the cell phone pic is, and having others answer them and talk about it being so nice but they can't post it....

Well, they need a good kick in the nuts.  For goodness sakes, do people really care if you put up a picture from  a cell phone, when they are going to share their story anyways?
