Oh oops - I guess wenatchee is a bit far away from bothell. Guess the gas money would offset the price a bit!

I got this one here http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/manufacturers_id/73/products_id/24150 that little thing is just stupid accurate, I used to shoot 12ga shells at 100 yards with it but last time out we were popping 410ga shells at about 125 yards as the 12ga shells I had nearly a 100% hit ratio on. I did change out the scope for a 3-9x40 and that was the real difference as before I just couldn't find those little 410 shells at that range with the 4x that came with the rifle. A bit more money for this gun but it's by far the most accurate 22 I've ever shot.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

i sure like my TC encore 22 lr heavy barrel. VERY accurate even with a cheep tasco scope. kind of spendy for a plinker, but to me it was worth it. i also have a marlin 60, real fun rifle. but if it comes down to putting grouse on the table, the TC is my choice. no tube, no clip.
