if you cant find the times it the regs, then its half an hour before sunrise to half an hour before sunset. you can figure it out that way.

As I said, I don't even look at the times listed in the regulations. It's more accurate to go by the actual sunrise and sunset times shown on a GPS unit. In most cases, I never can see well enough to shoot at least the first and last 15 minutes of legal time anyway.
