Is it to early to think about next year?
« on: December 05, 2010, 09:07:33 AM »
It's all I can think about. It took me 5+ years to bag my first bear and have tagged out the last three years in a row. I'm a freaking addict now. Will be hunting in Idaho for a spring bear and hopefully will draw a WA spring tag but who knows. I can't wait!!!!!

Is it too early to start obsessing over next years bear hunt?

I cant wait either. Bear hunting is so addicting!! I love the long season, Hey gut, what units are you hunting in Idaho?? I went this year in the beginning of June and we did the reduced tag units. Only 35$ for out of state tag, you can bait and you can buy two!! Didnt connect, but saw a couple. Would love to do it again though..

Never to early. I was dreaming of the big color phase that got away last night before I fell asleep. I'll get him next year!
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!

My 2011 season has already begun...I hit it hard post season, learning new areas, seeking new places to hunt, and learning from the areas I hunted.  Jan-June is key.
