Hey guys new to the site I live in Cashmere and had a question. Anybody hunt up the Sinlahekin for late archery whitetail?? I hunted it in the early season, a lot of deer up there. Is there a lot of people up there in the late hunt.

If you live in cashmere, there is some real good bowhunting close to home. I too like to hunt the wt but nothing beats the migrating muleys!

Thanks guys, yeah there is some good hunting around home but  I'm tired of the crowds...I'll hit birch in the morning but next weekend I think I'll give the whitetail a try. Hey Spin05 was the rut pretty much over when your up there?

Yea it seemed like it....but we did see one nice 5x5 WT on privite property pushing doe's around in a field. If you go up there try around the small duck ponds just south of blue lake. Saw a pretty nice 4 or 5 pt whitey and several doe's between the 2 ponds. They are on the rightside heading up the valley. One has a gate by it.
