Late elk east. any reports for 336 346?

  anyone been out late season in 336 346 yet?  Just curious, heading over tonight.

  Well just got back tonight,  saw about 20 elk in two days hunting.  got some shots but forgot my range finder so i was always to low. :'(  lost 4 arrows int the snow :bash:.  Going to try it again leaving tuesday night and be gone until sunday.  I already packed my range finder as soon as i got home.  Now im even more excited.

  Heading back over tonight to redeem myself.  Ive got until sunday.  If it goes like last weekend I should be done tommorow morning.  Anybody else heading over?

I toted around 346 a bit this last week and only seen a 2 point elk with a broken leg  :bash:

Was barly a 2 point and i would like to have put it out of it's missory, but, well you know  :bash:
Poor thing, I hope it makes it, I have seen elk with three legs make it, but still don't like to see any animal suffer.

Checked the usual areas to finkd elk and found nothing but deer  :dunno:

Heading out to 336 in the AM bright an early.  Plan on being around until Sunday afternoon unless we get lucky first.  I hear Peaches is the place to be.  Ill post more info upon our return.

Two big bulls and a cow and calf that I couldnt get a shot at.  Maybe next year.

I seen elk everyday in 346 and 352 n got shots off twice til Finally dropping a cow 55yds
