I don't even know what to say. Good job on the dusky though, hopefully that won't shut my season down.
So, did you get your card punched for shooting the dusky? If your going to take one, make sure it at least has a green or red collar. Looks like a fun shoot.

A case of ground shrinkage would really suck when shooting dark Vancouvers, especially if you hit a double. I shot one last season but mostly I’m scared to pull the trigger on them.

They are more close in size to a big Western.
Our group has taken 5 Vancouvers over the last 4 yers. All checked by the dept. They are big birds, unless those are the worlds largest cacklers and mallards it is probably a dusky.
