It's a lack of pigment similar to a piebald deer but not a full blown albino. I have a leucistic drake mounted on my wall with a mallard pintail hybrid. Kind of my "oddball" birds. Completely wild birds, not released domestic. Just trying to stop the further spread of misinformation on this forum... probably get banned for it like Professor Chaos and Meats.
