I've got the hankering for some new camera gear really bad, I just can't decide what to get.

Should I get myself

A. a 1.4X teleconverter and a 2X teleconverter
B. a new Canon 7D camera body
C. a new Canon 60D camera body
D. Really go all out and get a new Canon 5D mark II camera body
E. a Canon 17-40 L series lens

That 5D mark II with 21 mega pixels sure sounds intriguing and inviting, but so do the teleconverters and the L series lens!

I already have a Canon 400 mm L series lens, but sometimes it just isn't enough to reach out there like I would want to have, that's why the 1.4X and/or the 2X teleconverters.

My current cameras are a Canon 30D (my youngest daughter confiscated it and won't return it ) and a Canon 40D 10.1 mega pixels. That's why I was thinking of the Canon 5D mark II with 21 mega pixels.
