Rare Rifle
« on: December 23, 2010, 03:13:00 PM »
Here is a rifle that I have that is very rare i hear.  It is a 1990s remington model 700 BDL Mountain Rifle chambered in 2506. I love it. It shoots amazing, light weight, Kicks like a mule though. Was wondering if you guys had heard anything about it being a rare rifle.

Where did you hear that this rifle is rare? I have a co-worker that hunts with one also, no complaints.

 :yeah:

I have the .260 from a few years ago. Wish I would have bought the 257 bob the year after, and would love to fondle a 35 Whelen!!! The one they're running now is .280. Not sure if thats the 2010 edition or the 2011 edition.

I had that same rifle. Got in new in the early 90's. topped with a leupold vx3. I loved it. Awesome little deer gun. Even shot a couple of bears and one bull with it. But, it got STOLEN from me. I hate thieves. :'( :bash: :bash: :bash:

I bought one of these and traded it to my dad.  He loves it.
