Decoy Dancer makes the whipslash, I like them better then a knotty duck. Those are th only 2 I know of. The rest are wind powered I believe.

Aero Outdoors makes the Flutterwing and holds the licensing agreement for both Knotty Duck and Whipsplash.

Flutterwings are on sale now for $99 I believe.

Flutterwings are normally $115.

As for the license agreement between Areo and Knotty.  I think both holds the agreement.  Last year there was a lot of pissing about this.  Mostly because the Knotty Duck is much easier to fix in the field then the Flutterwing.  I do not think either one makes enough money to fight in court and both would loose if they did goto court.

I have hunted over all 3 and some other versions that I have made along with friends.  The Flutterwing used to be a pain to change bands in, but I have heard they made improvements, not sure.  The whipsplash is a decent one.  I just went with the Knotty Duck as it can be ran from the front or the back and it's way easy to change out the tubing on the bottom if it breaks.  Only draw back is I have had a few lost heads.  They use a G & H field shell decoy.  The other two brands use more of a modified or full body style of decoy.  All 3 will work so, if you get a good deal pick one up.  I don't seem to use mine very often, but some swear by them.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!
