I am no expert on dogs, but that looks like a wolf to me. It certainly is no coyote.

I say shoot it and send hair samples to the WDFW for analysis. According to someone on here that can't be a wolf because its by itself.

I thought the muzzle looked big, but if you zoom in on the picture you can see his front paw along side the muzzle. Could be a big dark 'yote. His legs look too short for a wolf, but that's just my guess. There's only one sure way to find out

Looks like a wolf. Could be a hybrid, one was shot in my town (Buckley) game department came and took it for analysis. It was 120 lbs. They couldnt believe it.
