If you can post a number to call or a person to talk to post it because it;s *censored* what they did to you. Masybe you can get a permit for next year because they are screwing up your this years hunt. Budget cuts need to take some of the biologists first.

Yes Approval with me.   Did you see this pic of FIVE Biologlist trucks! Each guy earn 300 to 350 dollar.  this is almost $1500 dollar earn alone not included Gas, Truck, Lunch expense, etc just for one AREA only ONE DAY IN SAME CANYON They just want to waste people money and try to PISSED OFF ON houndmen permittee! I see this OBVIOUSLY!

THIS IS WASTED MONEY from your Tags for only one unit. Each Biologlist could go other units and collar some Cougars but there is only ONE BIG cougar in this unit and FIVE biologlist still making MORE money with in next day or later in other Units.  Its SOO OBVIOULY that they are ANGRY at me and other permittee as houndman for what but they are PROTECTING Big TOM from me or other permittee.

WOW! What an adventure, you will remember this hunt for the rest of your life. The pictures and story are great. When you turn the hounds loose on a track, from then on you have no control of where they go or when your going to catch up, I guess that's one thing that makes it so much of an adventure.  You got to experience and see what few people do.  I'm glad everything turned out and you got out safe. Sorry the biologists jerked you around, I think they should not even be in the woods during the hound season.

Mulehunter.....not sure exactly where your hunting, but I had a VERY similar situation with the Bio's in 2007 when I had my hound permit.  That red snomobile in one of your pictures looks very familiar.  Seems that they've been operating this way for several years.  If your interested shoot me a PM and I can give you some detail on where it occured.

Nice pics.  Too bad about them getting in your way.  I have a BS in Zoology and have worked as a biologist.  Unfortunately, it is supposed to be about the science, but even 20 years ago I saw it was more about personal agendas than science.

Keep up the good work, wac-a-cat!
