Oh, as far as being Obama or an Obama supporter, totally wrong.  I served my country faithfully and honorably during the 60's in Viet Nam.  1968 with 'F' Co. 51st INF ABN LRP,  1969 'O' Co. 75th Rangers in Viet Nam.  I would never do anything to harm this country, and I will do anthing to protect and serve it.  My posts are only for information, do with the information as you wish.  But, if I can keep one person from being cited for a F&W violation, I've served a purpose.  And as far as that law not being up held in court, just be careful, please, don't antagonize those doing their jobs.

From the very bottom of my heart, Thanks for your service LRP.  The last line irks me, not so much at you, but that we're supposed to walk around on pins and needles whenever someone from the all knowing all seeing WDFW is in our presence.  :bash:

I find it funny that the bios need to be antagonizing the cats during the permit season. I pulled the spring bear tag and called the 2 bios for the area....one of which was the lead. they could offer me no advice because they had not studied the bears in that season. they asked me for my findings. I wonder why the dept does not do the same with the cats. guys like mule hunter know and see more cats then me you and most of the bios put togeter. let the guy run his dogs, ask him for his findings and work with him, make it a happy relationship.....not a contestof muscle flexing.

this guy gets a few weeks out of this season, you guys get the rest of the year...do you need a phd to figure this out?

You used to get a hound hunter booklet which asked for number of tracks seen, number run, number treed, sex, etc...  but that was with the PSCR permits, I don't think they are doing it with the study, but I could be wrong on that.

Any word from Scott?
