Slick Trick Broadheads

Anyone use the slick trick heads ?

I have 'em. Seem to fly pretty good into a target. I'll let you know if I actually put one in a deer here next week

I have used them for a couple of years. Great broadhead. Bullet proof design. Tough. Fly like field points. Kill animals. Love my tricks!

Good friend of mine killed his bull last year with them. He swears by em now. I did shoot some of his and they do fly nice but so did my Thunderheads.

Ive used the regular slick trick 100's for 2 years now.  They are the best flying broadhead Ive found, fly exactly like my field points, no adjustments needed, shooting a mathews reezen.  Great broadhead

My buddy used the Razor triks on his buck this year, think they are the same as the slick triks, maybe slightly wider diameter.  He thinks they fly awesome, and they left a good blood trail.  Broadhead sliced ribs going in and out and still looks good enough to use with some resharpening, but he'll just replace the blades.

I use the Standard 100s the flight and accuracy is unbelievable now if I can get a blacktail buck to cooperate

The SL is a good broadhead.  I used it for several years now on elk.  I have not try the Razor Trick (cut on contact).

I've had some hit or miss with mine.  if you are careful when threading them in the arrows, they fly great.  if for some reason they get off centered durring that process (usually just the washer at the back), the impact point moves several inches at 30 yards, which can be fixed by loosening them and re-tightening them...  I've been meaning to make a tool that will ensure they always get threaded in the same, but have not had time yet.

I shot three deer in NC this fall with them. I'm hooked for life, excellent impact results and fly great. Not to mention I spoke with the owner and he was a real stand up guy so that helps make up my mind.

My only concern is the couple animals I've seen shot with them dulled the blades unbelievably, I mean to the point of rolling over the edge. Yes both animals were killed and recovered but i've never seen blades that soft, neither shot hit any major bones, just ribs.  If they would shore up the quality of the steel in their blades they would have the best head on the market.

Those blades are made to be single use on an animal and then replace.  I wouldn't even concider using replacable blades on multiple critters.

I wouldn't consider using them twice either but I do want a clean cut all the way through, the other heads I've used show wayyyy less damage to the edge after the shot.  Just my personal observations...

I shot Wasp for years, but started using Slick Tricks last year upon recommedation of a friend and bow shop owner.  I like 'em alot.

Shot a spike elk with them last year and it left a bloodtrail like something punched a hole in an oil pan.

I seen the bh you are referring to ch. Im wondering if those weren't the older blades. Thought they changed something a couple years ago. The last few animals I've shot have not done the damage to the blades that his did. Guess I could of gotten lucky. I toss mine but probably could use em after a sharpening.

i like them but they didnt fly like my field tips out of my bow, but i do like a 4 blade broadhead over a 3 so i use them. i wish they would fly like shuttle t's for me, also a good broad head as far as flight goes

I'm pretty sure that the blades have been changed for this year.  I shot one into sand while tuning my bow for them and it dulled the edge pretty good but, I would imagine that any broadhead shot into sand at 20 yds would end up with similar damage.
