sat in my tree stand for 7 days. never had a buck come closer than 90 yrds.  deer changed their patterns from last few years. dont know why. froze my but off. 5 below zero on one morning. on the 8th day i got out of my stand early and stalked up on a doe. shot her at 25 yrd and filled my doe permit. just an average season where i was hunting. alot better than the last 2 seasons though. i only know of 2 other deer shot in the area where i was huntin.

Saw a few bucks I would have loved to stick with an arrow. Saw one really good buck up high, never connected though. My buddy shot a small 3x3.

Saw lots of animals...Saw "way more" hunters than usual.  There was 3 hunters on every ridge top.  I missed a 5x5 on a super steep angle :bash:
